SAĜO MENTE International Sdn Bhd. ("SAĜO", "we", "us" and/or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protect the personal information of its users – buyers, sellers, collaborators and other visitors browsing the Site ("Service Users" and "Service Providers") as well as affiliates, influencers and other collaborators interacting with SAĜO.

We believe that you have the right to know our practices regarding the information we collect when you visit/or use the Site. This Policy explains our privacy practices for the Site and services provided by SAĜO as well as privacy practices that apply to affiliates, influencers and other collaborators who are individuals.

By accessing and/or using the Site and its related sites, applications, services, goods and/or registering for a SAĜO account and/or using it as a collaborator to share comments on a specific project and/or registering to our affiliate or influencer or similar program, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, including to our collection, use, disclosure, processing and retention of your personal information.

When you register to the Site, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address or google account log in details and username. We may ask you to provide or otherwise collect additional information that you provide us, such as, your profile details, physical address, telephone number or other contact details, financial information (such as bank account number), education, profession and expertise, and additional authentication information (such as your government issued ID or passport, as permitted by applicable laws as "Verifying your Identity").

We also collect information about your communications with SAĜO as well as communication with other users of SAĜO. In addition, we collect information while you access, browse, view or otherwise use the Site.

• national identity card / passport number
• age
• nationality
• education background
• professional certifications & years of experience
• past and present working experience
• job position, job level, job function
• size of company & industry

Personal contact information such as:

• home and/or office telephone number
• mobile phone number

• email address

Payment information such as:

• debit or credit card information, which includes the name of the cardholder, card number, billing address, expiry date and security code
• bank account details, which includes the bank name and bank account number(s), swift code

Transaction information such as:

• details of the item/service being transacted
• the value of the transaction
• payment amount
• service delivery location
• billing address

Business information such as:

• business/company name and number
• copies of your business registration forms
• business' payment information, credit card and banking account details
• business contact information such as premise address, phone number, fax number and email
• service request details
• service requests & expectations

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide SAĜO your Personal Data, SAĜO will not be able to process your Personal Data for the Purposes and Additional Purposes outlined below and may cause SAĜO to be unable to provide services or products to or accept payments from you.

In addition to the Personal Data you provide to SAĜO directly, SAĜO may collect your Personal Data from publicly available sources or from third parties, for example (but not limited to):

• from filled up application or registration forms, surveys or training tools or other similar forms;
• from publicly available sources such as directories;
• from SAĜO's official social media pages, if you follow, like or are a fan of such pages;
• from credit reporting agencies, insurance providers, or financial services providers;
• when you interact and communicate with SAĜO at any events or activities;
• when you enter contests organized by SAĜO;
• from other entities who provide you with services or with whom you have a contractual relationship;

• by using SAĜO apps and websites

Your personal data may also be collected from cookies used on the Websites, and if you are a service provider, from any partners' data (related to the services we provide).

By agreeing with the terms of this Policy, you agree for SAĜO to use your personal data for the following purposes:

• to process your user account registration on SAĜO and to verify your identity
• to manage and maintain your account on SAĜO
• to process your subscriptions and to deliver the services to you
• to validate your bookings and process payments relating to any services you have requested
• to understand and analyse our sales as well as your needs and preferences

• to notify you of any changes and updates to the services provided by SAĜO
• to notify you of any changes to SAĜO's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

• to monitor compliance with our terms and conditions, policies and service provider's Code of Conduct

There may be situations where we are required to disclose certain information about you to the following third parties, which includes, but is not limited to:

• federal and state government, ministries and government agencies
• law enforcement agencies and regulators
• companies or organisations that act as our agents, contractors, vendors, suppliers, service providers or professional consultants
• companies or organisations that assist us in processing your transactions and payments and business associates and other parties for purposes that are related to the purpose of collecting and using your personal data
• other parties in respect of whom you have given your expressed or implied consent

In order to process your application and be eligible for SAĜO services, it is required that you provide us with accurate and complete personal data, failing which we may not be able to process your application and/or provide you with our services.

We will retain your personal data in compliance with this Policy and/or the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with SAĜO for the duration of your relationship with us, or for such period as may be necessary to protect the interests of SAĜO or where otherwise required by the law.

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and keep your personal data protected. There may be situations where you are linked to external websites while using SAĜO, we shall not be held responsible for the data policies, procedures or content of these external sites.

If in the event where it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data outside Malaysia, or if any of our service providers or business partners that are involved in providing their services via SAĜO platform, which are located in countries outside Malaysia, you hereby give us the consent to transfer your personal data outside Malaysia in these instances. Reasonable steps will be taken to safeguard your personal data whereby these service providers and business partners will not use the data for any reason other than to provide the services they are contracted to provide.

Your personal data may be transferred, accessed or disclosed to third parties for the Purposes and Additional Purposes. Further, SAĜO may engage other companies, service providers or individuals to perform functions on its behalf, and consequently may provide access or disclose to your Personal Data to such service providers or third parties. The third parties include, without limitation:

• SAĜO partners, which include parties with whom SAĜO collaborates with for certain events, programs and activities

• Event management companies and event sponsors
