Digital services
Booking systems
Payment systems
Messaging tools
Any related services operated by the Platform

Payment Terms
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Community Guidelines
Review & Rating Policy
Service Provider Agreement (for service providers)
Any additional policies published by the Platform from time to time

All such policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

The Platform facilitates:

Discovery of service providers
Service listing and browsing
Booking of services
Communication between users
Payment processing
Service delivery coordination
Ratings and reviews

The Platform does not itself provide professional services unless explicitly stated.
